<資訊系統管理> 1. 依據2/24所回之此4pcs不良品，經我司以阻抗機 (以夾子方式夾住2電極端) 導測結果，無阻抗不導通

1. According to the 4pcs of returned defective products on February 24, we have checked it through our impedance machine (with 2
electrode clamped mode). The pilot test results had shown there were no impedance or non-conduction.

2. 廠內分析設備能力不足無法顯示內部線路，故委外測試(圖四/圖五)從圖四圖片中可看見保險絲內部線路完整，無斷的跡象

2.The analysis of the equipment ability insufficient cannot display
the internal circuit, so we have turned to use the external test of
Figure 4 and figure 5. We can see through the picture of Figure 4
that the internal line fuses are intact, without any broken signs.

3. 再送至第二家廠外實驗室照攝，比第一家實驗室顯示電路清晰(線路整)，但是仍無法從照片尚判定何種原因造成，如附圖五

3.Then, we sent those products to the second factory outside, for the laboratory perturbation, yet it was unable to determine from the
photo for its' causes. As it shown in the Figure 5, the whole
laboratory circuit lines were displayed to be clear.

4. 從客戶發生站別ICT，及圖片中線路完整的情況下研判可能為線路因不明原因產生極細的GAP導致保險絲OPEN。但設備無法檢出。

4 Through the client stated that it had no ICT(積體電路測試器), and the picture had shown
the completed lines. The reasons might be caused of a very tiny of
GAP which couldn't be opened for some unknown
reasons.

因此產品(0.2A)可能因生產過程中，電鍍線路極細且薄，經過廠內測包機導測受損，再經客戶加工後進一步產生線路裂痕(GAP)，而造成斷路

Therefore, the products of (0.2A) may be owing to the production
process of the electroplating lines which are very tiny and thin.
Through the closed guide measured by charter of the factory to be
damaged. Then, entered the further production by the customer, it
led to the circuit's GAP, so that it caused the offset as well.

5. 下批重新生產本產品時，將電鍍厚度以中心點偏上限方式生產，提高線路厚度即完整性，增強測包機導測時摩擦碰撞的承受力(此部分已由內部二次導測確認過品質無虞)，來確保交貨品質

5. The next batch of re-production of this product, the center point of the plating will be in upper thickness and completed production.
